Vivek Singh, owner of London’s The Cinnamon Club restaurant, and a renowned authority on Indian cuisine will be presenting a unique taster menu with wine pairings in Malta on Sunday 20 September 2015. The event, organised by The Cooking Club will take place at TemptAsian restaurant at The Palace Hotel in Sliema.

‘An Evening with Vivek Singh’ will start with a Welcome Reception at 7.30pm which will feature signature cocktails from The Cinnamon Club. Dinner service will start at 8.00pm. The price for this one off unique opportunity to sample the cuisine of one of the world’s finest Indian chefs is 90 euros per person.

The menu will include; cured salmon carpaccio with green pea chutney and Bengal puffed rice, Grilled king prawns with coconut curry sauce, Rajasthani spiced tandoori rabbit tikka, sweetcorn curry, chickpea bread, cumin and chilli crusted seared beef, morel & pea stir-fry, saffron sauce, and Garam masala sticky toffee pudding, carrot fudge and clove ice cream. A full vegetarian menu is also availabale.
